A five-round, fun and friendly multimedia team quiz game, each one focusing on one of the Big Quiz Thing's signature video puzzles, specifically examples that combine and recontextualize elements not usually found together. Categories might include... • The Bipolar Movie Challenge: We show the video of a movie scene, accompanied by the audio from a different scene from a different movie. Players name both movies. • Sugary Product Haiku: A three-line, 17-syllable, Japanese-style poem, referring to a well-known brand of breakfast cereal or soft drink. Name it. • Celebrities vs. Monsters: Combining the images of a movie star and a famous movie monster, challenging players to name both. • Either/Or: A 20-question round of 50/50 questions, in four categories, including "Shakespearean Character or Pharmaceutical Drug?" and "Vice President or Serial Killer?" • One Letter Apart: Two very different pictures, combined into a single image. Their names are one letter apart from each other (e.g., "Obama"/"Osama"). Teams name both. • What's the Common Factor?: We describe two disparate objects/people/entities, teams tell us what name they share. • Same-Song-Title Mash-Up: Two song clips played simultaneously, players name both. While the songs are completely different, they share a name. • Album Cover Mash-Up: Images from famous album covers combined into one. Name both.
